Logitech Ergo K860 Wireless Keyboard Review
The Ergo K860 is an ergonomic keyboard designed from research data on what should be the most natural & comfortable posture of our bodies, arms, and wrists when working. The company also sells the Ergo Mx trackball and the MX Ergo Plus mouse/trackball, so the Ergo K860 is an extension of the product line.
After opening it, the first thing I check is the build quality. As said before, it is an essential differentiator between various products, regardless of your typing preferences. For example, high-quality plastic with a non-greasy surface coating will make the keyboard much more pleasant to use and always feels “cleaner” than oily and slippery.
That is what happened here because the Logitech Ergo K860 made of high-quality material that gives a soft and durable feel.

When typing, the button feels good with firm touch response, and it’s pretty much silent than a mechanical keyboard. I absolutely recommend that you try one in the store to decide if it suits your preferences, but the quality of the action of the key switch and surface design is enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the keyboard doesn’t have backlit, and the missing features can keep potential users away. That’s not surprising for a wireless keyboard, and in my opinion, Logitech should only allow USB-C or Micro-USB connectivity options to support backlight.
There are many reasons to use a keyboard with many devices. Still, the most exciting thing for me is that some safe modes of chat applications only work on cell phones (device-to-device encryption). And I admit to using tablets only for email or social networking so that I can type at full speed on all devices very convenient and fast.

The Bad
- No wired connectivity
- No backlight
The Good
- Comfortable to work on
- Very good buildquality
- Thoughful design
Conclusion
Logitech Ergo K860 is an ergonomic keyboard with exceptional design and build quality. I used to see Microsoft’s ergonomic keyboard as a benchmark, but the K860 is clearly above them, in my opinion.
