Logitech G433 Software Manual and Review – Logitech’s new G433 gaming headset is all about balance. But it also includes an additional cable that allows you to connect it to the usual 3.5mm headphones and mic jack. That is for your PC, but also your console or cellphone. Does Logitech make headsets that can be everything for everyone? In short, no, not yet, but for the price, it’s still an excellent headset.
Design and Features
Probably the easiest to think of the G433 headset as a cable version, anywhere from the newly launched G533. It has a similar overall shape, only this time it’s wrapped in mesh fabric. And because you are not limited to having to use a wireless USB dongle all the time with the G433. You can use them outside the home, so they have to look like you want to use them. They are quite interesting and make it past the line between “tacky gamers” and “urban streetwear.”
My review unit is black and is also available in a red, blue, and blue camo version that will only sell at Best Buy. The color is thick – very bold – like the current style. The cans are circular, meaning they cover your ears entirely instead of being placed on them. They are also semi-sealed: there is no reopening, but they have a hidden port to allow Pro-G drivers to move a little air.
It’s easy enough to remove and wash the pads, which is a feature that you will appreciate after a few months. They also can be rotated 90 degrees to make it flat, either for a smoother trip or just. I wear this around my neck to show everyone on the bus what a music lover looks like.
Performance
For a $ 100 PC headset, the G433 sounds excellent. No, they don’t hold candles on my favorite Audio-Technica cans, and can’t match the clarity of my Astro A50s. But you will have trouble finding a PC headset at the $ 100 price tag that sounds much better. The entire range of sound is clear without sounding too muddy. And having enough blows at the bottom without looking like chaos is overly enhanced (I see you, Beats). USB audio dongle produces a clean sound that is free from electrical interference.
The microphone also sounds pretty good. This set for normal speech ranges, so it not recommended for other recordings. Obviously, and noise cancellation is quite useful: no one has ever had trouble clearly saying what I say. And even when the clothes dryer is making a noise in another room.
DTS Headphones: X technology does a pretty good job of simulating 7.1 surrounds through a pair of headphones. Nothing creates a surround effect like a group of real speakers, but it adds to the sense of depth and place on Typhon that creeps in Prey. And I can easily find the origin of the shot that is far away in the PlayerUnknown Battlegrounds.

The Point
Logitech has a real winner in G433. It is an excellent value and provides a lot of flexibility for gamers who want to be able to bring their headsets to the console or leave the house with their phone or laptop. They are lightweight, comfortable, and sound better than most other headphones in this price range. You even get a pair of extra ear cushions if you prefer microfiber than a Logitech mesh cloth. I hope they feel as good as they work. Plastic materials and mesh fabrics have a rather cheap impression that does not seem to match the quality of the other products.
