Here we give it to you, below we provide a lot of software, and arrange manuals for your needs, also a brief review of the products you want.

Logitech G633 Artemis Spectrum Review

Logitech G633 Artemis Spectrum RGB Gaming Headset Review, Driver, Manual and Software  –  The 7.1 surround headset G633, a designation that impressed us a little by other headphones, but this surround is comparable to the $ 150 price tag, namely, if you are using Windows.

Headsets only use surround when plugged in via USB, and use software drivers to emulate 7.1 surrounds. Logitech includes drivers with their Logitech Gaming Software, which is only available on Windows and Mac. While the headset does appear as a USB stereo audio device on Linux, users who like penguins don’t get the full surround experience. Thus, Linux users looking for a surround headset might be better with HyperX Cloud II Kingston (use inline USB 7.1 sound card). Or Roccat Kave (which connected to your PC’s 3.5mm surround jack).

Headphones: X is excellent if the game you are playing is using it

During a demo at the Logitech lab in Washington, just minutes north of Portland, Oregon, we had to sit in a room specifically designed to use DTS surround. If this room, the test channel is the most impressive. The first test is played on each channel independently through the speaker for reference. When we hear the same test played through headphones, it sounds identical to the speaker test. Not close, but very similar. We took off the headphones during the trial to do a sanity check and make sure the Logitech and DTS representatives didn’t screw us up.

This headset also has perfect insulation, so the outside sound tends not to bleed when wearing it. The Ear glasses made of foam, which feels stiffer than slippery. But not so much that it annoys you, the foam on the pair of G230 we have in the office is more rigid than the one in the G633. So those who don’t like Logitech foam ear cups from other models might be happy with the new material.

Accurate aural and surround isolation develops when you play games that support Headphones: X. We know that Alien: Isolation is terrifying. With Headphones: X, the sound is so thorough and in-depth that we almost don’t want to play it. Hearing aliens walking somewhere in the alley was genuinely frightening. If you are the first person to survive the horror, take blood pressure medication because your heart will race when using this technology. We can only imagine how good this is when added to VR. Oh, the possibility.

Not street style

In terms of appereance, the G633 looks and feels like a sturdy gaming headset. The headband feels sturdy and features some delicate new layers of foam too. There are also RGB LED features on headphones, which can be programmed (or turned off) in the Logitech Gaming Software. But just like the mouse and keyboard, RGB LEDs are pretty much a standard problem for gaming peripherals today.

One exciting feature is that the sides of the ear cup are secured with several magnets and can be removed. Logitech said that users would be able to customize this panel. That’s an exciting feature, but we’re wondering how many people will go, and 3D print their headset parts.

What’s in it counts

Finally, we rang. After all, that’s what’s important. This headset sounds great and is top-level for gaming headsets. For $ 150, these cans are in the same price range as the middle Sennheiser and AKG. A pair of AKG K-181DJ costs around $ 160, and these cans sound just as good, and in some situations, better. Many headphones (including K-181DJs) tend to be bass-heavy, but the G633s are quite flat. That doesn’t mean bass suffers, though – it still feels deep and robust, the highest is also fresh and bright. You can get better sound from a headset, but it costs more than $ 150. And unless you’re an audiophile who is accustomed to listening to FLAC and vinyl every day, you might not notice the extra sound quality you make.

Overall, G633 is a great headset. If you have money to spend, the surround features, sound quality, and shape of this headset, make it worth the money. That said, the G633 is expensive for a headset that we won’t wear when we separate from the keyboard and chair.

The Bad

  • Not easily portable

The Good

  • Extremely comfortable
  • Great sound for both music and games
  • Robust software
  • Works with PC, console and mobile

Conclusion > This top-tier gaming headset has everything we’d want from something in its price range except street-friendly looks.
